Lactation cookies lovingly developed without the nasties and produced locally in SA.
These are specially formulated for new Mummas and help to support a healthy milk supply. Including the top three galactagogues (gluten free brewers yeast, wheat free oats and flaxseeds) and other ingredients like iron, B vitamins and omega 3s to support postpartum nutrition.
All our cookies have been made with care to eliminate the top allergens, preservatives and are non-GMO
Caramel Flavour is free from dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and is vegan.
Our cookies are made using wheat free oats that are gluten tested, and gluten free brewers yeast. Please see full ingredients list below.
A note on GLUTEN: due to Australian labelling laws we cannot label this product ‘gluten free’ as it contains oats. Ask us about making a coeliac friendly batch!

Our cookies are preservative free and last a few weeks, we suggest starting with 1-2 cookies a day. This product can be frozen for up to 3 months.
