These are specially formulated for new Mumma's and help to support a healthy milk supply. Including the top three galactagogues (gluten free brewers yeast, wheat free oats and flaxseeds) and other ingredients like iron, B vitamins and omega 3s to support postpartum nutrition.

All our cookies have been made with care to eliminate the top allergens, preservatives and are non-GMO

All flavours are dairy free and vegan, check individual flavours for nut free, soy free variants. 

Our cookies are made using wheat free oats that are gluten tested, and gluten free brewers yeast. Please see full ingredients list below.

A note on GLUTEN: due to Australian labelling laws we cannot label this product ‘gluten free’ as it contains oats. Ask us about making a coeliac friendly batch (without the oats)!

Storage

This product is preservative free and can last a few months. We recommend storing with other pantry items and using the resealable zip lock on the pack.
